Diva International S.r.l., based on its internal and external context, undertakes commitments and sets objectives towards all interested parties, especially Customers and Consumers, in order to continuously improve its performance while building and developing relationships of trust, with a view to continuity and the reconciliation of related interests based on: Quality, Safety, Competitiveness.
To this end, the following are considered of fundamental importance: compliance with mandatory regulations; the implementation, certification and maintenance of management systems in accordance with voluntary standards – Quality, Environment, Energy, GMP, IFS HPC – resulting in the responsibility to meet every request of customers and interested parties.

Our corporate policy
Diva International S.r.l. selects and qualifies its suppliers based on objective criteria that ensure a high level of quality, environmental protection and improvement of energy performance. In particular, the following requirements are taken into consideration:
Quality
Suppliers must demonstrate compliance with applicable technical and regulatory requirements, preferably through recognized certifications, as well as a proven ability to ensure continuity and reliability of supply.
Environment
Priority is given to suppliers that adopt certified environmental management systems and are committed to reducing the environmental impact of their activities, products and services.
Energy efficiency
Suppliers that adopt practices and technologies aimed at energy saving are valued, including through the implementation of energy management systems or other concrete initiatives aimed at reducing energy consumption.

Our commitment to the environment
In the development of new processes and products, Diva International S.r.l. intends to favor, wherever economically feasible, the use of materials, technologies and tools that protect the environment and optimize the use of energy resources. In particular, Diva is committed to pursuing practices that:
- reduce the amount of unsorted waste produced and the use of plastic.
- reduce the use of fossil energy sources, favoring those derived from renewable sources, through the selection of sustainable energy suppliers, and reduce and monitor gas and electricity consumption per unit of product processed on a six-month basis.

Code of ethics
Within its organization, Diva International S.r.l. does not neglect the improvement of working conditions for people and the respect of their dignity and freedom, through: the provision of healthy and safe workplaces, facilities and equipment, and the implementation of measures to prevent accidents, injuries and occupational diseases; encouraging the reporting of any type of complaint, and rejecting practices that encourage, support or in any way use child labor, forced labor, discrimination of any kind or verbal abuse.
Diva International S.r.l. adopts a Code of Ethics and a “Cruelty Free” policy, meaning opposition to cruelty and the testing of cosmetic products and raw materials on animals.
